For the kid in all of us Coffee Break Café is hosting game night every Tuesday night from 5-8 p.m. Game night is good old fashioned fun. No electronics, just board games like Monopoly, Scrabble, oh and who can forget Battleship? There are cards and puzzles too. Bring your own favorite game or play one of Coffee Breaks’. Game night is every Tuesday at 12 Old Colony Ave Wollaston, CBC Quincy Center 77 Parkingway, and CBC Braintree 131 Pearl St from 5-8pm
Everyone is having so much fun that on Thursday mornings at Coffee Break the staff has been playing Battleship with customers for a free coffee. Each customer gets a guess to sink a battleship, if they sink it they get their order for free!
Coffee Break Café is also hosting story time with Big Joe twice per month for the little ones. Big Joe tells stories, uses puppets, and sings songs for kids. It is a nice treat for parents/caregivers to be able to relax with a cup of coffee and know your child is having fun. Big Joe will be at CBC Quincy Center 77 Parkingway on Tuesday February 5th at 10:30a.m. and again at CBC Braintree 131 Pearl St on Thursday February 28th at 10:30a.m.
Every Wednesday night is open mic night with Noel. Singers, musicians, writers, poets and sometimes even dancers come and show off their talent. Open mic night is at CBC Quincy Center 77 Parkingway from 6-8pm
Live music is also every other Monday and sometimes on the weekends. Always free and always fun.
